Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with children to implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on therapy progress.
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistent support across all environments.
- Requirements:
- RBT certification (or willingness to complete certification).
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals and monitor progress.
- Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience providing ABA therapy.
- Dedication to compassionate, evidence-based care.
